About Us

Corporate event and procurement specialists

We sit where events and procurement meet — combining genuine event knowledge with commercial procurement discipline to help organisations take control of their event spend.

Our position

Event expertise, applied with procurement discipline

Most event agencies understand events but not procurement. Most procurement consultancies understand sourcing but not events. We are built to do both.

Event procurement only works when you understand both sides. Push too hard on cost and you damage the event; ignore the commercials and you leave value — and control — on the table. Our approach is to bring rigour to the buying while respecting how events actually work, so teams keep their creativity and the organisation gains visibility, leverage and governance.

EventProcurement.co.uk is a trading name of Eureka Events Ltd, and is delivered by the same team — with genuine, hands-on corporate event and venue-sourcing experience. That means the commercial discipline is grounded in how events are really planned, sourced and delivered, not procurement theory.

We work as an extension of your procurement function, supporting everything from venue procurement and supplier consolidation to benchmarking and reporting.

What we bring

Capabilities that span events and procurement

Understanding events

We understand how corporate events are planned and delivered — so procurement discipline is applied without disrupting the creative and operational realities of running events.

Understanding procurement

We speak procurement's language: spend analysis, category management, benchmarking, governance and evidenced savings. Events are treated as a category, not a favour.

Supplier relationships

We build and manage relationships with venues and event suppliers, turning them into a governed, competitively-priced network.

Commercial negotiation

We negotiate rates, inclusions and — critically — the cancellation and attrition terms that determine financial risk.

Venue knowledge

We bring practical knowledge of the UK venue market, from London conference hotels to regional and premium spaces.

Reporting

We consolidate event spend into clear reporting that procurement and finance can actually use to manage the category.

Technology

We use tools and data to give visibility, benchmarking and reporting that manual processes cannot match.

UK coverage

We support event sourcing across the United Kingdom, coordinating activity for multi-office and national organisations.
